Within the technology park we take care of heating primarily through saturated steam, which is efficiently distributed from the boiler room through the steam pipeline to most of the buildings throughout the complex. Our boiler house is equipped with three steam boilers and one steam generator, which provides sufficient resources for reliable heat production.
In addition, a network of heat exchanger stations plays a key role, which responsibly ensures the actual process of heating water with steam for central heating, air handling units and domestic water needs. This infrastructure guarantees optimum heat distribution throughout the park, which contributes to the comfort and efficiency of heating.
In some areas, especially in non-production areas and buildings, we prefer heating by means of a gas or electric boiler. This flexibility allows us to adapt to the specific requirements of individual premises and to optimise heating in accordance with their specific needs.
To ensure stability and the possibility of using alternative energy as a backup source, we have a boiler for light heating oils with a 30m2 storage tank. This alternative is a sustainable way to ensure energy independence and a reliable heating approach in the technology park.
